Full Circle IT ensures that personal information is handled appropriately. Our Privacy Statement describes and regulates. how we collect personal information and how we maintain, use and disclose that information.

Full Circle IT, as a recruitment agency, may collect, hold, use and disclose personal information to carry out our functions and activities.

Full Circle IT aims to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act).

We collect, hold, use and disclose personal information to carry out our functions and activities, mainly when we recruit and hire employees.

As part of the recruitment process, we will collect data about you in a variety of ways including the information you would normally include in a CV or a job application cover letter, or notes made by our recruiting officers during a recruitment interview.

We collect personal information when it is reasonably necessary for, or directly related to, our functions or activities.

The types of personal information we collect include:

• reference check, police check or crime check, VEVO check or information of your visa entitlement

• letters of offer and employment contracts

The main way we collect personal information about you is when you give it to us, including when you contact us by phone, email or through our website, you’ve requested for our services or representation from us, you participate in a survey.

Sometimes we may need to collect sensitive information about you with your consent, including information about your health, your membership of a professional or trade association or trade union, or your criminal record.  We will only do this with your consent, when authorised by law or in accordance with the Privacy Act. 

When you visit our website, anonymous information about your visit is recorded. The information recorded only tells us how you used the site (which may include your server address, the date and time of your visit, the pages you accessed, the information you downloaded and the type of internet browser you used). Our website does not record any personal information about you. 

We use social networking services such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram to communicate with the public. When you interact with us using these services, we may collect your personal information, but we only use it to help us communicate with you and the public. 

We may use the personal information of our clients and business associates to provide them with information about our services or promotions which we think may be of interest to them.

For example, if you are represented by us as a recruitment agency and we assist you in finding an adequate job, the personal information you provide (such as your CV, cover letter or expression of interest) may be shared with other parties (our customers and clients), business partners, professional advisers (such as lawyers, accountants or auditors), external service.

Personal information is collected from staff to ensure our employee information is up-to-date for employment related purposes. This information can include job applications, notes made by selection representatives and hiring leads during selection processes, employment contracts, copies of academic qualifications, bank account details, medical certificates, or health related information. 

We use a range of physical and electronic security measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, interference, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We have policies and systems in place aimed at ensuring your personal information will only be accessed by employees, contractors or our clients on a need to know basis.
